Grown 3,500-4,500 feet above sea level in the deep rich volcanic soil of the Guatemalan San Miguel Pochuta farms, Finca Ceylan beans are not only produced without herbicides and pesticides, but the farms hire mostly local labor, and hunting and fishing is prohibited to conserve the area’s natural fauna and flora. Finca Ceylan beans are hand picked, wet processed, and USDA, UTZ and Bird Friendly Certified.
Finca Ceylan is a wonderfully robust coffee with honey-like notes and a subtle lemon-lime acidity.
