In the lush green expanse of the Sidamo Province of Ethiopia, farmers in this region grow many different heirloom varieties of Arabica beans. Once harvested, the beans are pooled together at a coffee co-op, and the diverse yields produce a wonderful complexity for which Sidamo is famous.
A unique blend marrying subtle spices with notes of fruit and chocolate, Sidamo is on the lighter side, and leaves the palate with subtle hints of honey and berries.
