Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onefreshcup.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

This is the neatest way to have a cup of delicious coffee when you just need one to drink. I like it because I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee when I just need one cup. This was my second time to order and it is good coffee.
