Is it instant coffee?
Absolutely not! One Fresh Cup might be just as convenient as instant coffee but we are actually a traditional pour over coffee brewed with premium coffee grounds
Do I brew this like I brew tea?
No. Our filters may look like tea bags at first, but once you pull out the filter hangers, you will see the difference. Instead of immersing and jiggling the filter in water like a tea bag, you need to set the open filter onto your cup and pour hot water into the opening to saturate the coffee grounds inside.
What kind of cup should I use?
You can use any cup that the filter can fit inside. Any regular coffee cup or mug, even travel ones, work perfectly.
How much water do I need?
You can actually determine this based on your own preference. If you like a stronger brew, use less water. If you like a weaker brew, use more water. Generally, one filter will brew one cup of coffee.
What temperature water should I use?
For pour over coffees, the ideal water temperature is 200˚ Fahrenheit.
What is the correct way to pour the water?
Pour the hot water slowly in a circular motion and in small intervals. This allows time for the grounds to soak for at least 10-20 seconds, with each interval, to extract the best flavor.
Where can I use One Fresh Cup?
Anywhere you have hot water and a cup! One Fresh Cup pour overs are great to enjoy at home when you just want to brew a single cup, at the office, on road trips, out camping, in hotels rooms… literally anywhere you can boil water. You can even brew them on a plane! Hot, fresh, pour over coffee at 35,000 feet!
What do I do with the filter when I’m done?
Our filters are made of paper and non-woven fabric which are fully recyclable. You can simply toss the filter and grounds away when you have finished brewing or compost the coffee grounds and recycle the filter. No fuss, no mess!
How long does it take to receive my merchandise once I place my order with One Fresh Cup?
Merchandise typically takes 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Shipping will take an additional 5-7 business days depending on where the item is shipping to and what shipping speed was selected upon checkout
Does One Fresh Cup ship outside of the US?
We only ship to the US at this time.

I entered the wrong address when I selected shipping for my order. What should I do?
If you realize that you incorrectly entered the shipping address for your order, respond to info[at]onefreshcup.com. Depending on when you ordered, your package will be shipped out within one or two days, so responding immediately is important to rectifying the mistake. If One Fresh Cup is not notified of the mistaken address before the item is shipped out, One Fresh Cup will not refund or replace the order.
I checked the tracking number for my order and the information says my order has been delivered but I have not received the package, what now?
If your package was sent to a large apartment complex or workplace with a packaging center, the item may have been received for processing before it gets to the recipient. If this is the case we recommend you check in with the packaging center. If this is not the case, for instance, if you live in a single family residence, it is always possible that the package was delivered to a neighboring home. If possible, we encourage you to check in with neighbors and or call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. You can also email us at: info[at]onefreshcup.com. When contacting us, please include your name and order number and/or the name and address of the recipient.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at using the form on this page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to make it right.
